Hot-rolled coils are produced using continuous casting slabs or initial rolling slabs as raw materials. The process involves heating in a step-by-step heating furnace, followed by descaling with high-pressure water. The descaled material then enters the roughing mill, and the rough-rolled material undergoes head and tail cutting before entering the finishing mill. Computer-controlled rolling is implemented during the process. After the final rolling, the material goes through laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and is coiled by the coiler, resulting in the production of hot-rolled coils.
