It is 0.24 for thicknesses below 25mm, 0.27 for thicknesses between 25-50mm, 0.29 for thicknesses between 50-100mm, and 0.31 for thicknesses larger than 100mm. Grades 65 and 70 have higher carbon content than Grade 60.
